The Netscape glossary says that the five primitive types are undefined, null, Boolean,
number, or string. This differs from p. 109 in the book (JavaScript Second Edition, Don Gosselin)
which has integer and floating-point numbers instead of number.
The typeof operator (pp. 110-111) confuses this more by returning object for a null variable!
